When will the request reach me?

Shipping destinations

  • We are working currently very hard to restock our US, EU, and Australia warehouse. The milk products are still available to purchase as we are utilizing our international warehouse in China to ship internationally to meet the demand. 

Shipping times

 Orders take 7-30 business days (excl. weekends) to be delivered to you and we ship all orders within 3 days. it usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed. 

  • International orders take 15-30 business days to be delivered via International Courier.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

If I have a product with a manufacturing defect?

You must read the return policy to know the conditions of return and exchange, in case of a defect on the product, it was agreed to return, the shipping value of the company is calculated, and the freight returned to the customer. As for the value of the product, it is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.


I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for orders of large quantities and there is a discount ranging between 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page and inquire about the quantities.

How are shipping costs calculated?

We are currently offering free standard delivery for all orders. ... You can also use our Click & Collect service, just select Pick-up in-store in the checkout.

If your order has taken longer than stated times to be delivered and you paid for insured shipping with tracking, please visit your local postal service company (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Aus Post, etc.) to find out more about your parcel.
